Give the lesson a title that names the topic.
Phrase the title so that the students get a good idea of the content of the lesson.
 

The clearer title is the better title.

If you want to add a little humor, add it in a subtitle:

The Adductor Muscles: Their Uses and Control
(How Clams Clam Up)
